The Diocese of Raleigh is hosting a Mother-Daughter Tea at St. Michael the Archangel in Cary. This 'girls only' event is designed to address the topic of adolescence for grades 5-7. The day will include presentations from the Family Life and Evangelization Office, a local pediatrician, and a college student from UNCW who will lead discussions around the physical, social, and emotional changes that girls experience during the pre-teen years, particularly with the view of God's plan for us. Come enjoy time with your daughter, fellowship with other moms, refreshments, and a special craft. Cost is $20 for mother/daughter pair and $5 for each additional girl.
