Catholic Parish-Affiliated Tuition Subsidy
Families who have chosen to be active disciples at their local Catholic parish may be eligible for the Catholic subsidy. Discipleship of a parish means being a Catholic, registered member of the parish, who participates in the Weekend Liturgy, and shares their time, talent, and treasure (identifiably) with the parish. Eligibility is determined annually upon receipt of the Parish Subsidy Application. For more information, contact your local parish. There are no discounts or financial aid available for preschool students.
Sibling Aid: $225 per student
This automatic aid is applied to each additional child following the first child.

*There are occasional expenses that arise as part of our curricular and extracurricular activities. These include (but may not be limited to): athletics, aftercare, lunch, field trips, lab fees, etc.

Withdrawal Policy
In order to withdraw a student, you must provide written notification to Ms. Madison Gray at admissions@stmm.net
You will receive a refund of 100% of any tuition paid if the notification is received prior to July 1, 2026 (fees are non-refundable). Registered students who withdraw after July 1, 2026, are responsible for one additional month’s tuition. The school will not forward records for students who withdraw with an outstanding balance.
Outstanding Tuition & Fee Balances
Any outstanding balances past 90 days will forfeit your child’s seat at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School. If you have concerns about your account, please contact our business manager at businessmanager@stmm.net
*Please note that FACTS charges a $5 late fee for each late tuition payment and a $30 fee for NSF draft attempts.

FACTS Management
St. Mary Magdalene has partnered with the FACTS Tuition Management Program to manage our tuition payment program. In addition to providing convenience for our families by providing multiple options for payment, your payment is secured through bank-to-bank transactions.
If you are already a St. Mary Magdalene school parent, you will access FACTS via ParentsWeb.
Tuition Assistance/Financial Aid
Tuition assistance is available for St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School families. If you are requesting tuition assistance, please be attentive to deadlines and requirements. Our scholarship board will only provide financial aid to those that have met all deadlines and requirements listed HERE.
Families from other local parishes should make their request directly to their parish.
Opportunity Scholarship
The Opportunity Scholarship is a program that helps families pay tuition at participating nonpublic (private) schools.
- Covers tuition and fees
- Awards between $3,000-$7,000 per year
