Mrs.Penman has been in the field of Education for 25 years. Mrs.Penman holds an Ed.S. in  School Leadership and a Masters in Elementary Education from the Univesity of South Florida. She has been a classroom teacher and has served in various administrative roles. When not in school Mrs.Penman enjoys spending time with her family and exploring North Carolina.
