Our silent auction online bidding will kick off on March 5, and will continue until the evening of the gala, March 6. Your generosity will allow StMM's administration to enhance and expand security initiatives, including:

• The addition of a dedicated Campus Safety & Security Director
• Continued Apex PD presence at weekly school mass (subject to personnel availability)
• Enhancement of security technology, including but not limited to:  
  • Additional cameras and lighting
  • New lobby sign in system
  • Ongoing investment in current emergency response system (Raptor)

The Golden Parking Spots

Say goodbye to daily carpool stress! These highly coveted premier parking spaces offer unbeatable convenience all year long in our main school lot. Whether it’s morning drop-off or afternoon pickup, this is a practical luxury that will surely prove to be priceless!

-Two parking spaces will be up for auction for the ‘26-’27 school year!

-Reserved parking spaces are only valid on school days from 7:40am to 3:15pm.  

Wings After Dark - Exclusive overnight retreat lock in for one middle school grade level!  

Introducing Wings After Dark, our inaugural on-campus middle school overnight retreat and lock-in. Designed as a safe, supervised, and unforgettable experience, this exclusive event will create lasting memories for one middle school grade through faith, fellowship, and fun—right here on campus.  A brand new tradition begins with the highest bidder!

-Lock in tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 21.   Attendees get the next day off of school!

First Choice Seating at Promotion Ceremony

This exclusive opportunity grants first choice seating at the promotion ceremony, allowing one family to select their preferred seats before general seating begins. -Two separate first choice seating privileges will be up for auction - one for the class of 2026 and one for the class of 2027.

-First choice seating grants the winner one full pew in the church, in the location of their choice.

Fine Jewelry Raffle - Enter to win a gorgeous pair of earrings from Holland's Jewelers!  These 14k gold earrings feature pave diamonds and fashion-forward paperclip styling.    Raffle tickets are available for all to purchase - even if you don't plan to attend the gala!  Purchase HERE. 

50/50 Cash Split - With our 50/50 cash raffle, everyone wins!  One lucky guest takes home half the pot, and the remaining funds directly support safety and security initiatives at StMM.  Tickets will be sold on site at the gala only!

Gala Baskets and Art Projects

Each homeroom has been asked to contribute an art project or themed basket that will be featured in the silent auction at the gala. To help cover the cost of items for our class basket, we are asking each family to make a voluntary donation of $15.00 per student.  

Your generous support will allow us to purchase items that will match our class theme and help create an exciting and appealing art project or basket for the event.

If you have multiple students at StMM, you are welcome to submit one aggregate donation for all of them - no need to make separate payments.
